Auberge Chez Jean is one of the worst Hostels I have ever been to. Manager is too busy to confirm booking reservations, has the nerve to confront guests and call him rude with complaining staff members due to his numerous attempts to confirm booking using Manager's cell/text number. Furthermore, his recent booking on 07/16/Sun to 07/20/Thu was never acknowledged and he was left out in the "cold" stranded and scrabbling to find another hostel with higher price. Thanks to this negligent hostel. Don't bet or depend on them to book/reserve your bed. Grade F for Failed Booking/Reservations.
